Alysse Hollis is a Director in the Cincinnati Office of Coats Rose, P. C. Alysse focuses her practice on the representation of clients in the development and financing of affordable housing. Her practice includes the structuring and documentation of complex public and private housing finance transactions involving taxable and tax-exempt obligations, federal low-income housing tax credits, state tax credits, and various federal and state subsidies.
