Ms. Niles has a domestic and international business transactions practice centering on alternative investments, acquisitions and joint ventures. She focuses her work on representing public pension funds, university endowments, and other institutional investors in private equity funds, hedge funds, strategic partnerships and a broad range of investment and other matters.
