- Bees Ferry Landing, LLC, et al. v. South Carolina Department of Transportation. Represented Bees Ferry Landing, LLC in successfully obtaining a $1 million plus jury verdict in a Charleston County case involving a novel issue of the states liability for inverse condemnation when the state revokes a revocable permit after the permittee has expended substantial monies in reliance on the permit
- Arbitration Proceeding Represented a client in successfully defending against breach of contract claims in an arbitration proceeding and then recovering on affirmative fee and expense claims
- Hensen, et al. v. Hensen, et al. Represented the Hensen brothers petitioners in successfully obtaining a summary judgment ruling in their favor that the trust owned a real property asset
