Stephen P. Fogerty is first and foremost a problem solver. For the last 35 years, he has zealously, ethically, and successfully represented hundreds of clients before judges and juries in every court in Connecticut, and successfully argued appeals in the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. That experience informs his unique, thoughtful, and effective approach to solving his clients problems. Whether those problems relate to complex litigation within the courts or more nuanced disputes between business principals, neighbors or family members, his experience, reputation, tenacity and valuable connections in the legal world, government, and the community enable him to solve almost any legal problem one may encounter.

Steve knows that solving complex and oftentimes emotionally charged disputes requires a broad and deep understanding not only of the complexities of the law, but the realities of the business world and the motivations of the parties involved.
