Amie Colby represents clients in the energy industry before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Amie has particular experience with vertically-integrated utilities and transmission-related issues, including transmission rate cases, compliance with open access transmission tariff (OATT) provisions, FERC regulations related to Standards of Conduct (SOC), national and regional reliability standards and OASIS posting requirements.
