He also counsels on construction and commercial foreclosure matters and provides a full range of services to the motor-sports industry, including drivers, teams, sponsors and suppliers. In addition, he provides regulatory advice and counseling to mortgage and mortgage insurance companies and contract and license negotiation and drafting to a variety of industries. Richard began his career working at a small general practice firm, representing local businesses and their entrepreneur owners for more than 10 years, where he participated in every area of practice and business. He continues to maintain that personal touch in his practice.
