Other recent results include a $1.4 million dollar settlement for a man prematurely discharged from a local emergency room who died shortly after from a heart attack and an $8 million dollar settlement against a product manufacturer on behalf of a young, permanently brain damaged child who was injured after having been given intravenous solution inappropriately formulated by defectively designed pharmaceutical equipment.

Born in Philadelphia, Jeck earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1992. Admitted to practice in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he is on the board of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania and American Association for Justice. Jeck has lectured at the Temple University School of Law and the Villanova School of Law. He has frequently presented and coordinated programs in the field of trial advocacy for his peers, comprised of courses involving premises liability, breast cancer litigation, trial strategy, deposition strategy and the MCARE Act.
