As Indianas first ever Utility Consumer Counselor and a past deputy attorney general for the state, industry outlier Parvin Price offers decades of honed experience in all areas of utility and energy law, including natural gas, electricity and water, and assists clients in the funding of various infrastructure improvement projects.

Parvin represents investor-, cooperatively- and municipally-owned utilities, as well as industrial or wholesale customers, before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, and trial and appellate courts throughout the region.
