Eldy Roché is a senior associate in King Spaldings International Arbitration practice in the Houston office. She is dual-qualified in civil law and common law: She first obtained her Law Degree from the Catholic University of Honduras (2005) then a LLM in Comparative Law from the University of Miami (2007) and a JD from Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington (2009). She also attended The Hague Academy of International Laws Summer Program on Private International Law (2011).

Eldy's experience includes representing corporate clients in investor-state, commercial arbitrations, and tort litigation. She focuses on advising clients on energy, mining, and infrastructure-related disputes, civil law issues, and international law. She has experience in disputes involving the governing laws of Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Mexico, The Netherlands, India and Thailand. She represents clients in cases before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as in ad hoc cases under the UNCITRAL Rules. Before joining King Spalding, she was a member of the global disputes practice at a large international law firm. She also served as a Law Extern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington (2009) and worked as an escribiente at the Court of Appeals in San Pedro Sula, Honduras (2002-2005).
