Jean is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. She is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. She previously served on the council of delegates of the CMBAs Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section.She also is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
Jeans civic activities include serving as a former treasurer and executive board member of the Cleveland Orchestra, co-chair of the Cleveland Orchestras audience development committee (CODA), and former board member of the Junior Committee of the Cleveland Orchestra.
Jean also served on the board of the St. Hermans Homeless Shelter and as Treasurer of the St. Demetrios Philoptochos Society.
Jean currently serves on the board of the Endowment Fund of the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church and is a member of the Fundraising Board of the Steven G. AYA (Adolescent and Young Adult) Cancer Research Fund. She provides fundraising assistance to many local charitable organizations.
While in law school at Cleveland-Marshall, Jean served as Co-Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Health and published a Note on Senate Bill 1, «Ohios Advance Directive Law: Where Have We Been? Where Are We Going?»Jean joined Calfee in 1994.
