Bill is a shareholder and chairsTucker Arensbergs Investment Management and Fiduciary Services Practice Groupwhich provides one-stop shopping for wealth managers and fiduciaries involvingcomplex statutory and regulatory issues, risk management and compliance.

Billserved as Chief Trust Counsel to a major financial institution prior toentering private practice where he acquired a broad range of experience inrepresenting fiduciaries. He serves as an expert witness involving the dutiesand responsibilities of fiduciaries including estate and trust matters. Heprovides legal services to financial institutions, including banks, investmentadvisers, brokers, mutual funds and insurance companies.

Bill co-chairs the Profit SharingCommittee for Tucker Arensberg.

Bill is also an Adjunct Professor ofLaw at Duquesne University School of Law having taught courses in securitieslaw and estate planning.
