Tanya Bryant is a director based in the Oklahoma City office of Crowe Dunlevy. She exclusively represents management in employment related matters such as harassment and discrimination claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), whistleblower claims, negligent hiring, supervision and retention and retaliatory discharge.

Tanya also handles Oklahoma Employment Security Commission hearings and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations. She has tried cases in both state and federal courts and in arbitration. In addition to her litigation practice, Tanya counsels clients on proper employment practices, including hiring, conducting performance evaluations, disciplining, performing investigations and terminations, maintaining personnel files and properly classifying employees under the FLSA. Tanya regularly drafts and updates employer policies and procedures as the employment law landscape continues to evolve.

A graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law, Tanya was a member of the Law Review and was named Outstanding Law Review Member. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Labor and Employment Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. She is also a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), a national organization for civil defense attorneys, and serves on DRIs Employment and Labor Law Committee.

Tanya has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers publication for labor and employment litigation since 2015, listed in the Oklahoma Super Lawyers publication in 2016 and 2017 and was recognized by the Oklahoma Super Lawyers publication as a Rising Star in 2013 and 2014.* In 2015, she was selected to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and holds the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation.

Active in the community, Tanya serves on the board of directors of the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society (OCHRS) as General Counsel. She is a graduate of the 2007-08 Leadership Oklahoma City class and is a former member of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court.

Tanya is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is also licensed to practice in Texas.
