Margarita is experienced in highly technical and regulated industries including automotive and manufacturing (acquisitions, joint ventures, maquila and supply chain), IT and software (development, software licensing, SaaS and PaaS), renewable energy (portfolio acquisitions and compliance analysis), and food and beverage (including private label supply). She assists clients in drafting agreements for contract management and automation software, including alternative provisions and related updates.

Margarita also represents lenders and borrowers in domestic and international financings, including asset-based lending, cash flow, multi-currency facilities and multi-jurisdictional tranches.

As a native of Mexico, Margarita is fluent in Spanish and English.
