Russell Hatten is a partner of Chalat Hatten Banker, and has practiced Colorado law with the firm since 1999. He began his legal career as a litigator in Texas in 1986. In 1993, he was appointed to the bench as Municipal Judge for the City of Rowlett, and as a County Magistrate for Dallas and Rockwall Counties, Texas.
