Leslie negotiates the contracts required for every stage of a projects life cycle, from development and construction through revenue generation and day-to-day operation. Her experience covers a wide range of complex development and commercial contracts, including engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, power purchase agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, oil and gas gathering and transportation agreements, and master services agreements.
