James D. Donathen - Lawyer in Buffalo, NY

Mr. Donathen has practiced in the area of labor and employment law for over 25 years. He concentrates his practice on (1) defending employment litigation cases in federal and state courts, including claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and the FLSA, (2) representing management in matters before the NLRB, PERB and other administrative agencies, and (3) litigating covenants not to compete and other business tort matters.
