Robert Scott is a seasoned trial lawyer, who has devoted his entire practice to representing clients who have been injured or wronged by others. In 2010, at the age of 27, Robert founded Scott Wallace LLP with his law partner, Clint Wallace. In 2012, at the age of 29, Robert obtained his first recovery over $500,000. He tried his first wrongful death case to jury verdict at the age of 31. At the age of 32, Robert obtained his first multi-million dollar recovery. Since Scott Wallaces inception, Robert has personally resolved thousands of injury and death cases, and in the last three years alone, has recovered over $35 million for his clients.

A former felony prosecutor, Robert is a member of both the Florida Bar and Georgia Bar. He is also a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association, where he formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division, the Florida Justice Association, where he is an EAGLE member, and the Capital City Justice Association, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. He graduated with high honors (magna cum laude) from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina and is an honors graduate (cum laude) of Florida State University College of Law.
