Although a self-described introvert, Hugh revels in the opportunity to represent clients on the courtroom stage when a case leads there. Hugh began at ThompsonMcMullan working on a wide variety of issues, ranging from bankruptcies and domestic relations to estate planning and small claims court litigation. As his practice narrowed, he carried that experience with him, acquiring the versatility and breadth of knowledge to help his clients no matter what issues are at play. I've been trained in enough areas of the law that even though my concentration is more focused now, I have benefited from my prior experiences, he says. And so have my clients.
