Drew Eddy is a former prosecutor, having previously servedin the Denver District Attorneys Office. There, he was responsible for theprosecution of 500 felonies, including homicides and other high-level crimes,as well as 3,000 misdemeanor offenses. These include murder in the firstdegree, attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, sexual assault,kidnapping, arson, and aggravated robbery. Mr. Eddy was personally responsiblefor the prosecution of hundreds of felony drug charges relating to themanufacturing, sale and distribution of narcotics in Denver, and he prosecutednumerous cases related to driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.Many of these cases were tried successfully before a jury.
