Mr. Falasco was part of the trial team thatobtained a defense verdict for two pesticide manufacturers in a case brought byfarmers alleging crop damage from widespread drift over several NortheastArkansas counties. Mr. Falascosexperience includes serving as lead trial counsel in putative class actionsrelated to improper mortgage practices. In addition, he has successfully helped property developers overcomehighly-contested development plans before local cities and has representedlandowners in lawsuits to establish and protect ingress and egress rights toproperty. Mr. Falasco has served astrial counsel in numerous condemnation matters and has retained full-price judgments. Mr. Falasco has also been lead trial counsel fornational companies in cases alleging violations of franchising acts anddeceptive trade practices.
