Andy Lee is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. Hemaintains an active national appellate and trial practice focused on businessand commercial disputes, corporate, securities, and banking litigation, andfiduciary and officer liability litigation. As a member of the corporatecompliance and white collar defense group, Andy also co-chairs the firmsprivacy and data security team and holds the CIPP/US designation from theInternational Association of Privacy Professionals. Andy Lee has amulti-faceted practice. He is a seasoned appellate litigator, having briefedand argued dozens of appeals in federal and state courts. Andy served as a lawclerk to the former chief judge of the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Andyis also an experienced trial lawyer, having represented clients in multiplesubstantive areas. Andys recent appellate and trial experience has includedtaking on the lead counsel role in actions involving private equity investment,public and private company fiduciary liability, shareholder derivative claims,theft of trade secrets, data breach and invasion of privacy, lender liability,land use and property disputes, charter school regulation and authorization,and computer software performance.
