Reid Manley is a partner in the firm's Litigation section, specializing in financial services litigation.

Reid represents consumer finance and mortgage companies throughout the country. Reid has defended clients in single plaintiff cases, as well as mass actions and class actions filed by consumers. Reid also represents mortgage companies and correspondent lenders in repurchase and/or make-whole disputes. He also handles general commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.

Reid is a fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, an association of attorneys from the United States and Canada who are highly skilled and experienced in the preparation of real estate mortgage, lending transactions secured by real estate, and related practices. Reid is also a Fellow in the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers. Membership in the College is limited to those lawyers whose principal practice is in the field of consumer financial services law, who have achieved preeminence in the field of consumer law and who have made repeated and substantial contributions to the promotion of learning and scholarship in consumer financial services law through teaching, lecturing and published writings. Also, Reid is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), which is an international group composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction. The FDCC is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits. Reid currently serves on the Board of Directors for the FDCC.
