William K. "Keith" Fendrick - Lawyer in Tampa, FL

Keith Fendrick is a Partner in the Holland KnightTampa office and a member of the Bankruptcy Practice Group. He focuses hispractice on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, corporate reorganizations andrestructurings, and commercial litigation. Mr. Fendrick has representedfinancial institutions, corporations, insurance companies, and creditor groupsin numerous large Chapter 11 cases around the country. He has also worked withsecured and unsecured creditors in workouts, non-bankruptcy corporatereorganizations, and acquisitions of troubled businesses.

Mr. Fendrickhas also been appointed as a receiver for the Securities and ExchangeCommission. In that capacity, he has taken over the management and liquidationof a business, the collection of assets, and the pursuit of claims and recoveryof monies for the creditors and investors of the business. He has alsorepresented receivers in state court receiverships involving Ponzi schemes andfraudulent business activities.

Mr. Fendrick is a former director of theTampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. He has been a panelist at the NationalConference of Bankruptcy Judges and has spoken at seminars in Florida assetprotection, creditors' rights and remedies, and bankruptcy law.
