Maria P. Cognetti - Lawyer in Camp Hill, PA

Ms. Cognetti is the owner of Cognetti Associates. She is a Past-President of the AmericanAcademy of Matrimonial Lawyers and past President of its PA Chapter. She is also a Diplomate of the AmericanCollege of Family Trial Lawyers and a past Fellow of the International Academy ofFamily Lawyers (formerly the IAML). Sheis past Chair of the PBAs Family Law Section. Ms. Cognetti works tirelessly with the legislature on various issues, having testified on numerousoccasions. In 2011 she was recognized bythe PBA with a Special Achievement Award for her work on the new Custody Actand was recognized by the AAML as Fellow of the Year for her efforts onnational issues. Lastly, Ms. Cognettiwas awarded a Presidential Service Award by the Association of Family and ConciliationCourts. Ms. Cognetti is also a PastChair of the Pa. Supreme Court Domestic Relations Rules Committee and iscurrently a Senior Hearing member of the Disciplinary Board of the SupremeCourt of Pennsylvania.
