George started his career at Cravath, Swaine Moore, where he litigated employment cases for an American multinational technology and consulting corporation and tried the In Re Birmingham Reverse Discrimination Employment Litigation. He later became the head of the employment law group at a U.S. investment bank.

George received a B.A. and J.D. from Columbia. He also attended Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, studied at St. Peters College at Oxford University, England and Film TV at NYUs Tisch School of the Arts.
