Mr. Snyder also has experience representing media companies to safeguard their right to access public records and court proceedings.

Mr. Snyder was previously an associate for five years in the Pittsburgh office of an international law firm where he focused on complex litigation and government regulatory matters on behalf of health care providers. He also defended one of the big three credit bureaus in claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Background

Mr. Snyder received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was an editor of the Minnesota Law Review. He graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in English and History. Mr. Snyder also holds a masters degree from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.

Prior to attending law school, he was a reporter and writer for newspapers and online publications in Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wyoming.
