Bryan Reuter concentrates his practice in complex commercial and intellectual-property litigation, including their appeals.
Mr. Reuter received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, from Tulane University, where he earned the Leon Scherck Award for the highest cumulative average in the School of Engineering. After graduation he undertook various positions with Shell Oil and Shell Chemical Companies, including Operations Manager, for several petrochemical units in Louisiana. In 1995, he received the Harold A. Levy Award, presented for outstanding professional achievement by a Tulane University Engineering alumnus.
While employed with Shell, Mr. Reuter earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University. He received his legal training from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, he earned the Faculty Award for the highest cumulative average in his graduating class and was a member of the Loyola Law Review.
Mr. Reuter has remained active in education. He is on the Adjunct Faculty of Loyola Law School, where he teaches Computer Law and Intellectual Property Seminar. In addition, he is a member of the Tulane Science and Engineering Board of Advisors and previously was the Chairman of the Tulane University Mechanical Engineering Advisory Board.
Mr. Reuter has substantial experience litigating a wide variety of disputes for his clients, including contract and class action claims, construction disputes, pharmaceutical, products-liability and intellectual property cases.
