Bill Collier was born in Galveston, Texas in 1952 and attended Rice University where he received a B.A. degree (cum laude) in 1975. While at Rice, he was President of Sid Richardson College and Chairman of the Universitys Honor Council. He later obtained a J.D. degree from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1978. He is admitted to practice law in the courts of Texas, Louisiana, and California. Mr. Collier joined Keesal, Young Logan in 1980 and became a shareholder in 1984.
