Jeffrey S. Leonard is a senior member of the Firm's Insurance and Reinsurance practice group.

He has over 35 years of litigation experience, concentrating in litigation and arbitration in New York, New Jersey and other jurisdictions of direct insurance claims and treaty and facultative reinsurance claims involving long tail and other losses under business lines including commercial liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and finite and financial reinsurance. He also regularly advises cedents and reinsurers in reinsurance matters and is experienced in insurer insolvency proceedings and ancillary cross-border cases under the old Section 304 and now Chapter 15 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

He has spoken at ARIAS and other industry conferences on insurance and reinsurance issues.
