He has advised Halozyme with its Enhanze technology collaboration program, Pure Bioscience with its SDC technology development and commercialization agreements, Biosite with its Biosite Discovery business unit, Sangamo with its zinc finger protein licensing strategy, Abgenix with its transgenic mouse platform, and Incyte Genomics in creating its early genomics business model. His solutions frequently draw from his wide and varied experience with different technologies, industries and transactions.

Mr. Wicker is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the life sciences and technology industries, including industry trends, strategic alliances, technology development and commercialization, and capital raising. In addition, he regularly lectures on the formation and activities of start-up companies and on structuring, negotiating, and implementing collaborative and licensing transactions.
