Paul practices in the areas of significant personal injury, wrongful death, ethics, and professional malpractice. Paul was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1989, the State Bar of Colorado in 1992, the District of Columbia, and the Federal Bar in 2004. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Arizona, the United States District Court of Arizona, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has served on various Boards for the Arizona Supreme Court including the Board of Legal Document Preparers and was recently appointed by Chief Justice Bales to the Legal Services Task Force. Additionally, Paul has been an Attorney Panel Member of the Arizona Disciplinary Panel since its formation in 2011 and has served as a Disciplinary Settlement Conference Officer since 2016. Paul has also served on the Arizona State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee since 2012.
