Paul is a member of the firm's Corporate and Healthcare Law practice groups. He handles a broad spectrum of health care matters including transactional, compliance, contractual, corporate, regulatory, governance and health care information technology issues.

Paul has extensive experience representing health care entities in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and other transactions, as well as insurance regulatory, Medicare, managed care and reinsurance issues. He represents a wide range of health care entities such as medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic and treatment centers, hospitals, health care information technology companies, managed care companies, pharmaceutical companies and others in connection with corporate, transactional and health care issues. He also has extensive experience advising clients in the areas of healthcare information technology, telemedicine and telehealth issues.

Prior to joining KBR Paul spent four years as Associate General Counsel at the largest managed care company in the United States. He also spent four years as General Counsel to the largest telemedicine company in the nation.
