Mr. Milbrath is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Intellectual Property Law and in Business Litigation. He has substantial experience in the trial and appeal of complex cases, including all phases of intellectual property and business law, and in the representation of litigants in federal court cases. After his clerkship with the Honorable Dwain Box, Chief Judge, Oklahoma Court of Appeals and Law Clerk to the Honorable George C. Young, Chief Judge, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Mr. Milbrath served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida during 1980-83 and as Special Assistant United States Attorney in 1989. Mr. Milbrath authored and co-authored numerous legal publications and articles. Mr. Milbrath was an Adjunct Lecturer in Internet Law, Univ. of Florida, Levin Law College. In 2011 he was awarded the Guardian ad Litem Award of Excellence for his pro bono casework for the Orange County Bar Legal Aid Society.
