Linda M. Oliva, Esq. has been a distinguished attorney for plaintiffs in personal injury cases for 25 years. She handles all aspects of pretrial litigation and appeals. She is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association, and the Colombian Lawyers Association of Nassau County. In 2013, Linda Oliva was named to the Long Islands Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business by the Long Island Business News, for her contributions to the economy and community. In 2012, she was featured in the Long Island Business News Whos Who in Women in Professional Services. In 2011, she was the Nassau County Womens Bar Foundation Courage Award recipient. Linda obtained her law degree from St. Johns University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University.
