Mr. Montgomery represents employers throughout the country on various employment related issues. His trial experience includes federal and state employment discrimination, FMLA and workplace harassment lawsuits, wage and hour claims, including class and collective actions, unfair competition and trade secret litigation, National Labor Relations Board proceeding hearings and appeals, and arbitration pursuant to union contracts and individual employment agreements. Additionally, he has negotiated union contracts and has represented employers in connection with union organizing drives and decertification elections.

Mr. Montgomery provides day to day labor and employment advice, and he also conducts various employment related trainings and seminars.

He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Ohio, Georgia, and California.
