Robert A. As a judge of the Appeals Division, Mr. Spolzino has ruled on more than 4,000 appeals and 10,000 appeals petitions and has written major opinions on a wide range of areas. Prior to that, he presided over the Marriage Section of the Westchester County Superior Court for two and a half years. Since leaving the dock in 2009, Mr. Spolzino has appeared seven times in the New York Court of Appeals and more than 65 times in the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court. For most of that time, he was a partner at AmLaw 200, where he headed the firm's National Appellate Practice and the National Municipal and State Legal Practice.
