Mr. McFall is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law and is the Managing Shareholder of the Dallas, Texas office of the national labor and employment law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak Stewart, P.C. He received his bachelors degree, summa cum laude, from Emory University, and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. McFall was a member of the Texas Law Review and graduated as a member of Chancellors, the highest honorary academic legal order of the University of Texas School of Law.
