Prior to joining the Sass Law Firm, Ms. Biondolino spent years defending employers accused of discrimination and other workplace law violations. She also enforced Missouris anti-discrimination law, the Missouri Human Rights Act, as a Human Rights Attorney for the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. Amandas understanding of the law from all sides sets her apart from other attorneys. She understands the mindset and strategies companies use to successfully dispose of claims quickly and completely. Ms. Biondolino has translated this arsenal of experience into a powerful weapon to advance the rights of individuals wronged by their employers, housing providers or the businesses within their own community.

Amanda graduated with honors from Saint Louis University School of Law, in St. Louis, Missouri. She is currently admitted to practice law in Florida. Ms. Biondolino was recently appointed to the Continuing Legal Education Committee by the President of The Florida Bar for the 2021-2022 term. She is Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, 2021 Vice President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, also known as Florida NELA, and the 2021 Co-Chair of the Judicial Recognition Committee of the Tampa Bay chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Ms. Biondolino is also a member of five sections of The Florida Bar? Labor and Employment Law, Trial Lawyers, Animal Law, Public Interest Law and Young Lawyers Division. Amanda is frequently asked to speak and write on employment and discrimination issues. Ms. Biondolino wrote the book on fair housing law for the Missouri Bar Deskbook?
