Lynne Graybeal is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Group andTrademark Copyright practices. Her practice focuses on trademark andcopyright law, Internet and social media issues, licensing and intellectualproperty-related transactions, and arts and entertainment law. Lynne iscurrently the co-chair of the firm's Arts, Entertainment Sports industrygroup and was a co-chair of the Trademark Copyright practice, from 2000 -2012.

Lynne has been assisting clients with selecting, protecting,enforcing and licensing their brands worldwide for more than 25 years. Lynne hasextensive U.S. and international trademark prosecution experience and trademarkand domain name enforcement experience, including dispute resolution and actionsbefore the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and under WIPO's UniformDomain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Lynne also assists companies withonline and social media IP issues including DMCA take-down requests, websiteTerms of Use, and website policy compliance issues. She chairs the Web 2.0Working Group of the Online Use Subcommittee of the INTA Internet Committee andhas been an adjunct professor at the University of Washington School of Law.

Lynne also helps clients with copyright clearance, registration andlicensing. Her IP transactional experience includes software license anddevelopment agreements, multimedia and Web-based content license agreements,content acquisition agreements, trademark license agreements, rights transferagreements, book publishing agreements, literary rights agreements, advertisingagency and talent agreements, and confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements.
