George Parker is a partner in Bradleys Litigation Practice Group and represents clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device, product liability, mass tort and class action matters. In his nearly 20 years of practice, George has spent a significant portion of his career representing Fortune 500 pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical device companies in individual and mass tort actions as both national and local counsel in state and federal courts across the country. George has gained a wide range of general commercial litigation experience representing commercial real estate corporations, trucking companies, bus lines, insurance companies and their insureds, as well as financial and credit institutions in matters involving credit card fraud, credit reporting and mortgage-related issues. He currently represents electric cooperatives in class action lawsuits pending in Alabama state courts.
