Martin P. Miner is a partner in the New York office ofHolland Knight and practices in the area of commercial real estate.

Mr. Miner has been involved with substantially all aspects of commercial realestate including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and jointventure deal structuring. Mr. Miner has handled several billion dollars each ofacquisitions and dispositions of real property, financings and leasingtransactions. He is the immediate past chair of Holland Knight's New YorkReal Estate Practice Group.

Mr. Miner has lectured and written extensively on real estate relatedtopics. His writings have appeared in such publications as the RealProperty, Probate and Trust Journal, Practical Real Estate Lawyerand The Commercial Property Lease, Vol. 3, as well as chapters inseveral books.

Mr. Miner was on the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission inWashington, D.C. and was chairman of the Board of Zoning and Appeals for theVillage of Great Neck Plaza. He served as an Adjunct Professor at ColumbiaBusiness School where he taught a course in real estate transactions, 2005-2007.
