Andrew Weber, former Texas First Assistant Attorney General to Attorney General, now Texas Governor Greg Abbott, is a partner at Kelly Hart Hallman LLP. Mr. Weber received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from SMU in Dallas. He graduated, magna cum laude, from Baylor Law School, where he served as the Symposium Editor of the Baylor Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barristers. In addition to his service at the Office of Attorney General, Mr. Weber has served as Briefing Attorney to then-Justice Greg Abbott, Staff Attorney to then-Justice Priscilla Owen, and Clerk of the Texas Supreme Court.
