Deborah D. Cochran has 32 years of experience assisting individuals, families and small business owners with all of their estate planning needs. Her practice includes designing custom estate plans for each client, as well as tax planning and trust and estate administration. Debby graduated with honors from Franklin and Marshall College in 1985, and received her JD from George Washington University Law School, with highest honors in 1988 and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Debby also passed the entire CPA exam on the first try.

Debby lives in Great Falls, Virginia with her husband and has four children. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
