Among his other affiliations, Mr. Hoyme is a member of the ABAs Labor and Employment Law Section, the Defense Research Institute, the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska Trucking Association and serves as a governing board member for the Domestic Violence Council. Mr. Hoyme is also employment counsel for the South Dakota Retailers Association, which has more than 4,000 members. He also serves as employment counsel to Legal Aid of Nebraska.
Mr. Hoyme is admitted to practice law in the states of Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa and Mississippi. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Nebraska, Indiana, Mississippi, and Colorado and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Eighth, and Ninth Circuits. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Hoyme received his B.A., cum laude, in 1981, from St. Olaf College. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 1984 from the University of Mississippi.
