Diana Sanders is a senior associate at Russ August Kabat and a member of its Media Entertainment and Litigation Trial groups. Diana represents a variety of clients in the entertainment industry, including recording artists, writers, producers, managers, influencers, actors, production companies, and other high-profile individuals. Dianas practice ranges from advising her clients on diverse music and media-related transactions to litigating disputes involving copyrights, trademarks, contracts, rights of privacy and publicity.

Billboard recognized Diana in its 2021 «Top Music Lawyers» list as well as its 2020 «Women in Music» Executives List. From 2018-2021, Diana has been selected a SuperLawyer Rising Star by the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine. She has also been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2021 Edition) for Entertainment and Sports Law.

Diana served as the elected President of the Los Angeles County Bar Associations Barristers/Young Attorneys Section for 2019-2020. She currently serves on the Syllabus Committee for the USC-Beverly Hills Bar Association Institute on Entertainment Law and Business.

While in law school, Diana served as the External Affairs Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media Entertainment Law Journal and as the President of the Fordham Media Entertainment Law Society. Before embarking on her legal career, Diana worked in music and media in various capacities. She is a classically trained singer and a member of the Recording Academy. In her spare time, she enjoys writing and performing music.
