Lonnie D. Lonnie is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Indiana University who received a B.A. Honors Degree with Highest Distinction, and his J.D. with Honors from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He also obtained an Associate Degree in Mechanical Drafting with Dean's Honors from Indiana Vocational Technical College.
