She has experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements with vendors, services providers, distributors, and manufacturers. Jessicas intellectual property practice includes the registration and enforcement of trademarks, drafting and negotiating trademark consent and coexistence agreements and assignments, license and confidentiality agreements, responding to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) office actions and trademark prosecution matters, and advising clients through USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings. She enjoys wearing the outside general counsel hat and believes in providing practical business legal counseling to ensure the firms clients businesses are protected now and in the future.

Before joining Moye White, Jessica worked at a Denver-based law firm, where she represented companies and individuals in various industries and business life cycles. Additionally, Jessica worked at the Brewers Association as a Government Affairs Legal Intern where she developed resources related to various laws and regulations brewers face on a daily basis.

In her spare time, Jessica loves skiing, going to concerts, hiking, fishing, golfing, visiting local breweries and restaurants, exploring Colorado with her dog, and traveling the world.
