Focusing on commercial real estate development and land title, Rose is currently the lead counsel for land use and development issues for the re-development of the corner of Loyola Avenue and Poydras Street. This location is the gateway to the New Orleans sports and entertainment district, including the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the Smoothie King Center. Her practice areas focus on all aspects of real estate development, including sales, acquisition, leases, and land use, as well as title insurance law and defense. She has particular depth in the resolution of complex title issues, which includes curing the title on 43,500 acres for the largest landowner in St. Tammany Parish, and the oversight of the resolution of hundreds of title insurance claims for national title insurance underwriters. With special expertise in riverfront and historic title, Rose has been the legal architect for the development of Tulane Universitys riverfront properties. Development of this project requires in-depth knowledge of riverfront title and regulatory issues, and involves working closely with the Port of New Orleans, the New Orleans Convention Center, and the City of New Orleans on behalf of the client. Rose was instrumental in negotiating the major lease of the premises.

Rose has also used her experience to craft the land use rights, conditions, and restrictions necessary to unite ten individually-owned properties in the French Quarter into one working hotel complex, and to develop multiple sites through lease or acquisition for a national bank in Louisiana and Texas. At Lugenbuhl, she leads the real estate group and founded LAWLA Title, LLC, an in-house title agency providing commercial closing services.
