Beginning in 2006 with his representation of Apollo Global Management and TPG in the purchase of Harrahs Entertainment, Inc., Frank has utilized the VoteCo licensing structure he created to assist public companies, large financial institutions and private equity firms in numerous multijurisdictional projects throughout the U.S. and internationally. His gaming law work extends to Japan, Macau, Puerto Rico, Spain, Australia and Great Britain.
A pivotal player in shaping Nevadas gaming regulations, Frank is a former member of the Nevada Gaming Commission?in fact, he is the youngest member ever appointed in its history. He also served in leadership roles at the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, including as president and chairman of its annual conference.
