Laura A. Lindner represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters and focuses her practice on employment and benefits litigation, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws. She also handles claims under:

Some of her notable litigation successes have included the defense of FMLA interference and retaliation cases, age and gender discrimination claims, including class action claims, and sexual harassment and battery claims. In addition, Laura handles state tort, breach-of-contract, non-compete, and trade secret claims. She also counsels employers on:
